Stay Love List

On the heels of designing their much-celebrated Kips Bay Decorator Showhouse subterranean speakeasy, Yates Desygn has collaborated with Instagram sensation Dallas Love List on the brand’s first ever Stay Love List curated Airbnb property. To create the one-of-a-kind experiential vacation rental, the Yates Desygn team looked to Dallas Love List’s colorful Instagram presence for inspiration.

Featuring Instagrammable moments at every turn, the home’s playful design features an array of vibrant colors including an ombre stairwell painted in Benjamin Moore hues and three custom wallcoverings created in collaboration with Ever Atelier. It was essential to the design team that the furnishings within the home be shoppable for Airbnb guests while remaining true to Yates Desygn’s elevated aesthetic. So, the team sourced furniture pieces from major retailers including West Elm and CB2, and then had them recovered in hand-selected performance fabrics from Kravet and Fabricut.
